Hi I’m Melina, Owner and Master Esthetician at Bodyworks Spa in Quakertown!
I graduated with honors from the Skin Science Institute in 2011, where I gained a deeper holistic understanding of skincare and earned the title of Master Esthetician. I love the science and alchemy of skin care, finding the right ingredients that work for YOU and finding the best routines to fit YOUR life! I get excited over new treatments and I continuously take classes to learn new techniques in facials and waxing. I love all things Halloween, I live in my Doc Martens, I’m a mom to three amazing kids and married to a fire fighter who also happens to be my biggest fan. Bodyworks Spa is the space where you can feel comfortable in your own skin!
Hygiene + Safety Standards
Bodyworks Spa in Quakertown takes hygiene and safety seriously for the health and wellbeing of both clients and staff. The spa takes great pride in the impeccable sanitation and cleaning standards we hold, exceeding CDC and State guidelines:
- New gloves are used for every service.
- All tools are soaked in disinfectant or disposed of after each client.
- Wax suite bed is sanitized with disinfectant wipes after each guest and fresh bed paper is pulled for each guest.
- Waxing sticks are never double-dipped and larger stir sticks are disposed of after each guest.
- Wax specialists will be equipped with disposable surgical masks; face shields or goggles for facial services.
- Frequent deep-cleaning of high-frequency touch points.
